Longwei has three fuel distribution facilities in the Shanxi Province

Chinese storage and distribution petroleum company Longwei Petroleum has completed plant upgrades at its Gujiao facility, adding new coatings for its large storage tanks along with maintenance works.

The facility, which commenced operations in November 2009, accounts for USD 233.8m in annual petroleum sales and has a storage capacity of 70,000 metric tonnes. 

Cai Yongjun, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Longwei, said: "We have a very good safety record over our 17-year operating history, and we have maintained strong, long-standing working relationships with industry regulators and local government officials," he remarked.

Longwei has three fuel distribution facilities in the Shanxi Province. The company's Huajie facility is the most recent and came online in October.
